Toasted brioche with tureen of duck liver.
The lobster is boiled with dill and the entire half is served with herbs mayonnaise and lemon. With toasted organic bread and churned butter.
A juicy venison steak of red deer perfectly pink-roasted and served with a light and creamy tureen of forest mushrooms. With Roquefort-baked potatoes in puff pastry and a red wine and truffle demi-glace with Châteauneuf du Pape and black truffles.
2 kinds of wonderful French cheese.
Classic chocolate ganache cake with a pistachio bottom. Served with homemade lemon sorbet.
