1/2 LOBSTER
Cooked with dill and served chilled with herb mayonnaise, lemon, toasted organic farmer’s bread and butter.

TENDERLOIN
Beef tenderloin with a light Jerusalem artichoke puree, shallots, fried mushrooms, pommes Anna and an intensely flavoured red wine sauce. Served with winter truffles.

CHEESE
A selection of our finest French cheeses.

DESSERT
A selection of French desserts - and of course a Danish classic: Marcipan ring cake
