Cooked with dill and served chilled with herb mayonnaise, lemon, toasted organic farmer’s bread and butter.
Beef tenderloin with a light Jerusalem artichoke puree, shallots, fried mushrooms, pommes Anna and an intensely flavoured red wine sauce. Served with winter truffles.
